Thanks sempai for tonights class it's been years since I've done any ground work and it was good to try some of the techniques out.
I know pinky enjoyed it also.

Don't forget guys, respect and manners go down to lower grades as well as up.
 
A good one that is often forgotten is that if someone you want to speak to is speaking to somebody else, it is important to wait until their conversation is finished before interupting. By standing near the pearson you want to speak to,  facing them, should be enough to alert them to the fact that you want to ask them something. If its really urgent (like toilet break etc), an awkquard hopping up and down with a hand up in the air, often brings fast attentionLOL

my pleasure Beth. I really enjoyed the classes tonight. Great to start the Black Belts on some wrestling stuff you'll be moving on to post Black Belt.

Sparring was to a really good standard seeing the amount of experience you have had so farClap
