Hello Sta, WW2 reg is 2/10th GR, the Mk1 hollow forge is based on an early FW hollow forge kukri that mum bought me, the New Mk1 standard forge is based on a RP Mk1 that Leanne bought me (fingers crossed they have it right).
WW2 standard is the Camaping kukri
5GR is similar to the 2/8th GR kukri, but in late WW2 mounts
NWF, I can't describe, but I have the original, so i will try to do a pic in the next couple of days.

Understand Ambrose and BigWThumbs Up

I recently picked up an NWF from the Jan 2009 stock - neat kukri! I'm guessing this is what we'll be seeing?

The MK1s sound interesting, as does the 5GR! Any pics of the originals you are basing these models on? Thanks!

Superb original kukri, this NWF!!! I just took pics of my recently-acquired Tora NWF - am out of town right now but will post pics in a few days. And yes, it is a fantastic kukri!!!

Also thanks for pic of 5GR - I think this is a pic of 2/5GR taken when they were in Japan immediately after WWII - is this so, Simon?

Oh and one more thing, Simon, I hope you wait a bit before you put up more of your fantastic old kukris up for sale - hopefully I will be in a better financial position by then. Wink It was painful to come across the old 19th century Dui-Chira and the WWI MK2 and have to restrain myself from pulling the trigger Cry - you're a lucky guy, wave!!!

Sometimes I wonder if everyone is sleeping, it makes me feel good when at least one person gets me. Beer  I'm sure there will be enough MKII's for everyone :-)

Is the beer drinking emoticon new??  Its my new favorite.  I'm plowing the head off a frothy (Heineken) right now.
